He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Joseph and Lona Rozek (Johnson); his siblings, Kay Clauson and David Rozek; and his sister-in-law Louise Rozek.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Obuchowski (James), Cheryl Rozek and Cathy Haas; his brothers, Paul Rozek and Donald Rozek; his grandchildren, Trevor Haas (Ashley Nichols), Chelsey Haas and Joey Haas (Emma); and his great grandchildren, Zyonn Houser and Eloise Haas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
