She was predeceased by : her parents, John Skaggs and Martha Skaggs (McElyea); her children, Frankie Valentine and Heather Sue Valentine; her brother-in-law Dale Valentine; and her grandson Cody Valentine.
She is survived by : her husband Frank Valentine; her children, Martha Ras (Jason), Huey Valentine (Kelsey) and Eric Valentine (Samantha); and her siblings, Anna Skaggs, Cathy Skaggs, Brenda Skaggs, Diane Valentine, Loretta Brown (Jim), Rhonda Poortvliet (Randy) and Nicky Skaggs.
