He is survived by : his former life partner Debra Kaye Smith; his wife Debbie; his children, Jonathan Sprouse (Krista) and Jennifer Drew (Donnie); his siblings, Bonnie Allen, Danny Sprouse (Karen), Margaret Parise (Victor) and Shelby Sprouse (Paula); and his grandchildren, Zakary, Logan S., Parker, Nicholas, Logan A., Avery, Donnie and Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
