We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2020, at the age of 67, Phill Carr (Fennville, Michigan), born in Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ople Owen Carr and Opal Mae Carr (Gallaway). He is survived by : his close friend Brenda Ryzenga; his children, Katina Savage (Brian), Phill "Bubby" Carr (Miranda) and Fawn Short (Cam); his siblings, Lavetta Pike, Eva Dean Bittle, Cloeta Berry, Elfreeda Tilley, Gereta Gibbs, Harold Carr, Carlon Carr, Shirley Woolf, Karon Taylor, Judy Prestwood and Debra McCaghren; and his grandchildren, Alexis Savage, Tatum Short and Frederick Short.
