He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Fowler and Ruby Fowler (Schwartz). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wagner; his brother Harold "Bob" Fowler (Debbie); his brother-in-law Paul Wagner (Kelly); and his sibling's children, Steven Fowler (Robin), Karen Fowler, Ben Wagner (Erica), Rebecca Wagner and Sam Wagner.
