It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Chapin (Fenton, Michigan), who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jesse Chapin (late Linda); his daughters, Vanessa, Emerson and GreenLee; his mother Judith Merritt; his grandparents, Nona and Donald Chapin; his brothers, Douglas Chapin (Chris) and Andrew Chapin; his stepsiblings, Robert Szaro, Daniel Szaro, Jill Smith (Steve) and Tim Szaro (Kari); and his aunts and uncles, Dennis Smith (late Paula), Connie Defatta (David) and Larry Chapin (Cathy). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
