He was predeceased by : his brothers, Elvis Shook and Elgie Shook; and his daughter-in-law Verna Jean Shook. He is survived by : his parents, Gale Shook and Mina Shook (Wiegel); his spouse Cletus Eleen Witherell; and his children, Rick Shook (Sharon) of California, Sherry Kruithoff (David) of Washington and David Shook (Cheryl) of Fenwick.
