She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell and Mary; and her brother Mike Hicks (Diane). She is survived by: her husband James Sullivan; her children, Samantha Stockert (Matthew) and Jamie Sullivan; her sisters, Karen Pflaum (Rick) and Jane Rockensuess (Larry); her uncle Ron Carosilli; and her aunt Jo Caroselli. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michigan Lupus Foundation or the American Heart Association.
