He is survived by: his mother Brandi Marie Millard (Keblbeck); his wife Madison; his children, Avery Kay and Emery Lee Millard; his father Jeremy Millard; his sisters, Alexys J Dubie, KajaLee Millard and JozRae Millard; his grandmothers, Charlene Keblbeck and Luthera Stevens; his aunts and uncles, Angie Richardson, Keri Ashcraft (Willie), Gary Brazzel and Mark Keblbeck (Cindy); his mother-in-law Kourtney Bechtel (David); his grandmother Paula Curmi (Tony); and his father-in-law Luke Kilpatrick (Christine). He is also survived by many cousins, friends and other family members.
