Michael Edwards Obituary
We bid farewell to Michael Edwards of Swartz Creek, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 12, 2025 at the age of 83. Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Edwards and Orphia Edwards; his brother Dennis Edwards; and his great grandchild Ryan Porter. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Edwards; his sister Sandy Brewer (Terry); his sons, Dennis Edwards (Mark Steinberg) and Doug Edwards (Tracy); his grandchildren, Dylan, Cole, Maxwell and Ava; his daughter Dawn Morrissey (Dave); and his grandchildren, Alexander (Angela), Austin, Aaron (Moriah) and Audrey Porter (Jesse). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cornerstone Baptist Church (6273 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
