He is survived by: his grandchildren, Damon Blueitt, Michael Blueitt and Jeoffery Blueitt; his siblings, Mack Henry Forward (Carol) of Kildare, TX, Roy Jason Forward, Ella Joyce Hawthorne (Howard) of Newton, TX, Regina Foster (Charles) of Bon Wier, TX and Marilyn Peques (John) of Oxford, MS; his sister-in-law Stella Lamar; his brother Lee Spencer; his niece LaTrece Sublett; his cousin David Woods; his close friend Nicole Milton; and also Randy Forward of Newton, TX.
