Barlow of Flint, Michigan, born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barlow and Ruby Barlow (Mitchell); and his siblings, Barb Mitchell, Gary Standifer, Jerry Standifer and Gene Barlow.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Barlow; his children, Robert Barlow (Brittany), Shayla Gilbert (Wayne), Ryan Barlow, Daniel Vela, David Vela (Maddie) and Casey Vela (Emily); and his siblings, Ken Mitchell, William Standifer (Jackie) and Tonya Burrow (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
