She was predeceased by : her parents, Wallace Gustafson and Evelyn Gustafson (Winters); her sisters, Marlene Uhazie (Jim), Marion Gustafson and LaVern Servia (Robert); and her son Keith Kazianka (Robyn).

She is survived by : her husband Jerry Kazianka; her children, Kevin Kazianka (Connie) and Jodi Bjorkman (Trinity); her daughter-in-law Robyn Kazianka (Keith); and her siblings, Ruth LaVigne (Jerry), Lorraine Brockington (Don), Alice Kirby (Jerry) and Glen Gustafson (Carol). She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
