He was predeceased by : his parents, Stirling Fenner and Ida Fenner (Sterling); his former life partner Mary Grace; his son Jerome Fenner; his sons-in-law, Dan Miller and Tom Hibbard; his brothers, Stirling Jr. and Phillip Fenner; and his brother-in-law Don McDiarmid.

He is survived by : his former life partner Katherine M. Thompson; his wife Kathy; his children, Mary Grace Lee (Gerry), Susan Khun (Scott), Bill Fenner (Doreen), Connie Miller, Tami LeClair (Rick) and Beth Fenner; his siblings, Sandy Lange (Gary), Nancy McDiarmid and Dan Fenner (Gretchen); his sister-in-law Jo Fenner; his friend Rev. Dennis O'Donnell; and also Mary Grace Morong. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
