She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Russell Cox Sr. and Edith Josetta Cox (Johnson); her husband Lawrence Pantak; and her siblings, Theresa Carpenter, Daniel Cox, Edward Cox Jr. and Larry Cox (Robert Weaver).
She is survived by : her daughters, Elizabeth R. (Federico Garcia), Suzanne M. (Bob Swanson), Sharon A. (Tim Clay), Kelly J. Weaver and Caroline A. (Jason Foote); and her sisters-in-law, Dorlyn Cox and Sandy Cox. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
