He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter and Ester (Mikowski); his sister Marcia; his brother-in-law Gary Morten; his parents-in-law, Burt and Marilyn Kadlec; and his brother James Allen.

He is survived by : his wife Susie; his former life partner Suzzer (Susan Marie Kadlec); his sister Patricia Gilman (Dan); his sons, Mason (Kristi), Michael (Helen) and Ryan (Hannah); and his grandsons, Nolan, Tristan, Hayden, Jacob and Keegan. He is also survived by His wife, children, grandchildren, and friends.
