She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Ovecka and Pauline Ovecka; her husband Paul E. Radtka Jr.; her children, Juliana Vasquez and Paul Radtka III; her grandson Christopher Vasquez (Dannielle); and her sisters, Mary Cox and Margaret Cisco.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Nowak (Daniel), Michael Radtka (Jacqueline) and Lynn Radtka; and her sister Elizabeth Bianchini. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
