He was predeceased by: his parents, Eino William and Edessa Wanda Skoog (Dippel); his mother-in-law Bertha Ware; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Revers, Lela Beitler and Beverly Beitler.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Krentz-Beitler; his daughters, Linda Skoog (Mark) of Charlotte and Debbie Pettit (Ron); his grandsons, William Clayton Pettit (Brittney) of Ionia, Michigan and Eric Lee Pettit of Ionia, Michigan; his great grandchild Eliza Irene Pettit; his sister Bernadine Delores Revers of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Ware (Karen) of Belding, Kenneth Beitler of Arizona, Norman Beitler of Arizona, Ronald Beitler of Texas, Barbara Trooien (Tom) of California, Shirley Beitler-Farnum of Arizona and Nancy Beitler of Rochester Hills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
