She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas; her child Thomas Jr. Dear; and her parents, Henry Kubiak and Josephine Kubiak. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa, Saundra and Paula Henika (Rob); her sister Maryanne Shandorf (late Donald); and her sister-in-law Eileen Koza. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
