As Bonnie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bonnie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bonnie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hill and Delores Ramirez; and her husband Michael Rumps. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Chingman (Andy), Deborah Missel (Fred), Michael L. Rumps and Stephania Nichols (Matt); and her siblings, Josie, Dorothy and Jose. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Dearborn (22546 Michigan Ave, Dearborn, MI 48124). A rosary was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
