He was predeceased by: his son Timmy Hager; his grandson Josh Hatfield; his parents, Joe Hager and Essie Hager; and his siblings, Pat, Janie, Harry, Bob, Ken, Terry and Stella Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Anita June Ball; his children, Tammy Hatfield (Joseph), Charles Hager (Kimberly), Steven Hager and Todd Hager (Tarina); his grandchildren, Brian, Kyle, Nichole, Zach, Timmy and Jessica; and his great grandchild Carson.
