He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gabriela; his children, Elizabeth (Elias Pittos) and George Gheordunescu; his sister Silvia Costea; his nieces and nephews, Christian Costea (Kelly) and Alina Behrens (Matthew); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma Costea, Bianca and Ariana Behrens.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Romanian Orthodox Church (750 N Beech Daly Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
