Though Elena may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elena touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Simion; her children, Camil (Florica), Camelia and Calin (Alina); her grandchildren, Joe, Jewel, Camelia (Jon Joseph), Alex and Aiden; and her great grandchild Cecelia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home (1139 Inkster Rd, Garden City, MI 48135). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
