He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Temple and Jean Temple; and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by : his wife Sherry; his children, Stacy, Tina Hill and Anthony Hill; and his siblings, Larry Temple (Judy), Randy Temple (Nancy), Kim O'Neil, Lee Temple (Rhonda), Tracy Millhan (Paul) and Kenny Temple. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
