He is survived by: his children, Douglas Arthur Ciszewski and Victoria Lynn Ciszewski; his siblings, Chester Ciszewski, Barbara Figiel and Sally Barnes; his close friend Alice Butler; and his grandchildren, Kellie Gomez, Joseph Ciszewski of Tennessee and Jeffrey Alley of Michigan.
