He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack LaVern Fults and Bernita Grace (Peters); his grandparents, Elwood Jasper Fults, Louise Ellen Fults (Palmer), Clifford Peters and Thelma Peters (Sayers); his brother Jack Fults Junior; and his brother-in-law Dennis Rogers.
He is survived by : his wife Laura Gere; his children, Jessica Fults (Ben Neal) and Joshua Fults (Elyssa Flinn); his siblings, Daniel Fults (Julie) of Gaylord and Sharmin Rogers of Clio; his brother-in-law Brian Gere of Gaylord; his brother Bill; his sister-in-law Tammy Brunk of Gaylord; his grandchildren, Logan, Jayla, Winnie, Wyatt and Aubyn; and his nieces and nephews, Jack III, Trent, Rhyon, Irelynn, Kyle, Amber, Zack and Billie.
