It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leona M. (Koronka) Beckett (Gaylord, Michigan), who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Martha Koronka and Edward Koronka; her siblings, Clara Martin, Floyd Koronka and Daniel Koronka; her children, Florian Beckett and Sue Whyte; her son-in-law Denny Whyte; her great grandchild Anna May Bosma; and her grandson Hector Bourrie.

She is survived by : her husband Edward Lester "Les" Beckett; her children, LaVonne Verburg (Tom), Elizabeth Beckett, Errol Beckett (Kathy Rautio), Marie Ramirez (Ricardo), Kim Beckett, Kathy Beckett and Shelly Beckett; and her grandchildren, Heidi, Tiffany, Joe, Jason, Charlie, Sarah, Holly, Travis, Nicholas, Jessica, Heather, Erika, Megan and Emily. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St Mary Cemetery.
