He was predeceased by: his daughter Doris Day (D. D.); his siblings, Floyd, Forest, Bill, Carl, Vercil, Thomas, Alice Olson, Helen Lucas, Marion Weisler and Laura Koons; and his siblings' children, Crystal Vandergriff, Judy, Guy Day and Gary Sayers Jr. A.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Day; his former wife Pat Osga (Floyd) of Cadillac; his children, Jesse Day (Katherine) of Gaylord, Kim Rutherford of Springfield, Jason Day (Andrea) of Cadillac and Andrew Day (Jennifer) of Mancelona; his grandchildren, Marissa, Kendra, Tristan, Liam, Calista, Elizabeth, John, Tyler, Ajaina, Isaac, Mackenzie, Alexis, Zander, Aidan and Ian Day; his great grandchildren, Lakota, Asher and Sakari Day; his siblings, Cecil Day and Lydia Sayers; and his brothers-in-law, Teddy Koons and Ray Weisler. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
