Adamczyk; her son Cody Proctor (Heather); her grandchildren, Hailey and Reese; her son Dustin Proctor; her sister Tisa Appleton (Gary); her siblings' children, David Appleton (Mackenzie) and Katelyn Johnston (Justin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Juliet and Aria; her sister April Dietrich (Robert); her nephew Bradley Dye (Samarah); her great-niece Alice; her siblings' children, Vanessa Dye and Christian Dietrich; her stepbrothers, Nicholas Henderson (Elizabeth) and Tony Henderson; her aunt Patsy Ludwig; her brother-in-law Todd Adamczyk (Rolene); her siblings' children, Sasha, Jacob (Laura) and Owen; her brother-in-law Dan Adamczyk (Lisa); her nephew Nickolas Adamczyk (Lacey); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey and Addison; Lindsey Brabaw (Brandon), Brooklyn, Kendall and Zoey.
