She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Malecek and Marie Malecek; her husband George Adams; and her sisters, Margaret Pryzylowicz and Lillian Zielinski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Hart (David) of Cheboygan, Patricia Sitz (Al) of Johannesburg and Judy Lomax of Lincoln Park; and her grandchildren, Dana Stepmky (Terry), Keith Hart (Holly), Alex Sitz (Nettie), Brian Sitz (Carrie), Michael Sitz, Brad Lomax (Margaret) and Chad Lomax (Ashia). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
