He is survived by : his children, Joseph Allen (Tina), Robert Allen (Candee), Debra Castro (Mario) and Michael Allen (Jo Lynn); and his siblings, Roger Allen and Carolyn Parrott (Sandy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
