She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Dowd and Russell Dowd. She is survived by: her husband James Phillips; her daughters, Tracy Elford-Olivehill (Dennis) and Shelli Murray-Soo (Tim); her grandchildren, Vikki Fletcher-Rapid (Gavin), Brittany Schneider-Perkins, Jodi McDaniel-Menasha (Jeff), Daniel Helman, Devin Shaine-Gladstone, Hannah Jones-Escanaba (Casey) and Angellica Roseberry- of Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Phoebe Fletcher, Ashton Fletcher, Landon Schneider, Easton Schneider, Bentley Sanpaka, Aubree Butts, Zariaha Johnson, Octavia Roseberry and Zachariah Roseberry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Amvets (1315 N Lincoln Rd, Escanaba, MI 49829).
