It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Foster (Gladwin, Michigan), born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on March 14, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Donald J. Foster; her brother Karl Dotts (Betty); her children, Brandy Tilly (Don) and Russ Foster (Tammi); her grandchildren, Joshua Foster, Morgan Fritzler (Matt), Samantha Garnett, Rachael Rinness, Alex Rinness, Amber Tilley and Jenna Tilley; and her great grandchildren, Addison Foster and Allison Fritzler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
