He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Belinski and Jennie Belinski (Kaczor); and his brother Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Penny Belinski (Hempsted); his daughters, Emily Belinski of Mar and Molly Belinski (Michael Leschke) of Pinole, California; his sisters, Patricia Roe (Roger) of Sault Ste, Shirley Stevens (Alfred) of Sault Ste and Marie; and his sister-in-law Sandra Belinski (Warner) of Stalwart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
