She is survived by : her father Richard Gaffney; her husband James McIntosh; her children, Tavis Osentoski (Carrie) of Cass City, Rory Osentoski of Caro, Blair Osentoski of Cass City and Summer Osentoski of Detroit; her stepson Jason McIntosh (Casey) of Waterford; her grandchildren, Elijah Paine Osentoski, Collen Wrubel, Haven Osentoski and Hope McIntosh; her great grandchildren, Fayt Lyra, Ezra and Alessandra; and her brother Kevin Gaffney (Peggy) of Gulfport, MS.
