He was predeceased by : his former life partner Peggy; his daughter Valerie; his brothers, Mike and Gary; and his parents, Hanley Locke and Gwendola Locke.

He is survived by : his wife Rose; his children, Terry Locke (Connie) and Jennifer Locke; his stepchildren, Cathy Laforest, Janet Johnson and Jeffery Johnson; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Jasmine, Austin, Nathan Allysa, Joshua, Lucas and Ava; his great grandchild Violit; and his siblings, Darrell Locke (Pat), Kathy Goodman (Dave), Carolyn Russell (Rob), Hanley Locke (Duke), Steve Locke, Gwen Freeman (Mike) and Mark Locke (Chris).

In compliance with state and local mandates, facial coverings must be worn during the visitation and funeral, social distancing and occupancy limits will be enforced.
