With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Banfield of Grand Blanc, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Jean Banfield to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Lusher and Doris Bancroft (Bancroft); her son Timothy Kettler; and her brother Gary Lusher. She is survived by : her husband Joe Banfield; her stepsons, Joe Banfield (Patricia) of Metamora, MI and Jeff Banfield of Bluffton; and her grandsons, Wyatt and Cody. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to an animal shelter.
