He is survived by : his wife Donna R. Johnson; his children, Tonia Atkinson (Jay), Sandra Atkinson (Jeremy), Danielle "Fred" Atkinson, Rebecca Livesay (David), Elisabeth Foust (Cody), Matthew Foust, Hailey Foust and Joshua Foust; his grandchildren, Kyle (Rachel), Alana, Payton, Derick, Breanna, Braydin, Adrian, Dorian, Alexis, Autumn, Tara, Christian and Jasmine; his great grandchild Liam; his siblings, Kathleen Finch (David), Louis Foust (Marilynn) and Lawrence Foust (Stephanie); his stepmother Ruby Foust; and his stepsiblings, Kim Sutter (Domenic) and Matt Dougherty (Lindsey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
