He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Fricano of Grand Haven; his sons, Danny Ploehn (Heather) of Mattawan, MI and Wayne Ploehn (Lisa) of Holton, MI; his granddaughters, Megan and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Taylea and Christopher; and his sisters, Martha Itamura and Marty Bakhuyzen.
