She was predeceased by : her parents, Hermann Stockinger and Anna Maria Stockinger (Haeser); her husband Gustav Ortwein II; her son Michael Ortwein; her husband Alfred Happe; and her sister Waltraud Boden.

She is survived by : her sons, Gustav Ortwein III (Jacqueline) and Christian Ortwein (Terrie); and her stepchildren, Douglas Happe (Ann) and Diane Reed (Donald). She is also survived by grandchildren; great-children; many nieces and nephews.
