He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toorn and Joanne Van Den Toorn. He is survived by: his siblings, Ben Van Den (Wanda), Andy Van Den (Cindy), Marlene Bibby (Bob) and Bill Van Den (Laurie); and his close friend Sherri Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
