We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025, Colleen Ann Hollern of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Lilah; her parents, Patrick Hollern and Michelle Hollern; her siblings, Dan (Ally), Rick (Jenna), Joe (Kathryn), Rachael (Mark), Mandy and Shannon; her siblings' children, Camden, Millie, Jack, Isabel, Foster, Lennon, Luca and Landry; and her grandparents, Isabel Hollern, Mary Lou (Busha), Dale Hollern and Kenneth West.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (2750 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a gift to support Lilah would be greatly appreciated.
