It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald P. Cook of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter J. Cook and Jennie Cook; his wife Barbara Ann LePard; his siblings, Fannie Afman, Robert Cook, Harold Cook and Jane Sund; and also Barb.

He is survived by : his children, Donald Cook (Kathy), Tim Cook (Ann) and Dawn Trasky (Mike). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
