He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Vanden Bos (VanderLinde) and Donald Vanden Bos Sr.; and his friend Anne Little. He is survived by: his sister Jeanne Urbanski (Mike); his sibling's children, Dana Bultman (Cory) and Chad Teague; and his close friend Jamie Hamm (Christy). He is also survived by many friends, co-workers.
