She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kooi and Ida Kooi (Sybesma); and her siblings, Ray Kooi, Elmer, Peter Kooi (Barbara), Gladys Gritter (George), Bernice Afman (Neal) and Vicki Peterson (John).
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Jones (David); her grandsons, Shane, Matthew and William; and her siblings, Clarence (Marie), Stanley, Glenn (Patricia) and Irene Chadwick. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
