She was predeceased by: her daughter Linda Forster; and her granddaughter-in-law Kari Jolink. She is survived by: her children, Stuart Forster, Mike Dertien (Sally), Carol Jolink (Terry) and Patricia Toczydlowski (David); her grandchildren, Ellen Bode (Brent), Sam Dertien (Melinda), Adam Dertien, Matthew Jolink, Joel Jolink (Becky Williams), Susie Jolink, Rachel Toczydlowski and Alan Toczydlowski (Rachel Zerby); her great grandchildren, Addie, Tori Bode, Drew, Luke Jolink, Mia and Kayla Williams; her brother-in-law Richard Dertien (Marilyn); and her sister Shirley Vanderson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to be made to the Sunset Legacy Foundation in honor of Helen.
