We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, Janet Bouwer (Grand Rapids, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Janet's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Janet's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husband James; and her son-in-law Bob Burggraaf. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Burggraaf, Mary Ellen (Rick Berthiaume) and Sue (Marc Wibalda). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes (1833 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
