He was predeceased by: his father John Robert O'Brien; and his brother-in-law Craig Eisen. He is survived by: his mother Barbara O'Brien; his sister Ruth Eisen; his sibling's children, Erin Tobaison (Jon) and Travis Eisen (Kelsey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Declan, Connor, Finley Dean, Kian Tobaison, Presely and Levi Eisen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish (2230 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
