He was predeceased by : his wife Jeanette; his son Tom Blough; and his daughter-in-law Ginger Blough. He is survived by : his children, Vernon Blough, Sonyia Blough, Michael Blough (Rosemary) and Kathryn Jo Harris (Mark); and his daughter-in-law Lori Blough. He is also survived by 9 grandsons and 1 granddaughter; numerous great grandchildren; his brothers.
