With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Juanita Zamarripa of Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Juanita Zamarripa to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Estevan Padilla and Julia Padilla; her children, Gloria Zamarripa and Juan Estevan Zamarripa; and the father of her children Juan Zamarripa.

She is survived by: her children, Rosalinda "Wende" Alighire (Robert), Andrew Zamarripa (Paige), Raymond Zamarripa (Helen) and Louise Berry; and her grandchildren, John Alighire (Christie), Rosalinda Villarreal, Mark Alighire (Christina), Nicole Amos (Solomon), Ezequiel Zamarripa, Maclovia Zamarripa, Angela Zamarripa, Emilio Zamarripa (Natasha), Mariana Zamarripa, Quinton Zamarripa, Paul Zamarripa, Sophie Zamarripa and Colleen Berry. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
